At ViCre we see Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as an integral part of our identity. As the Native American proverb says,

We are committed to protecting and preserving the environment through sustainable practices. One key initiative is the electrification of our fleet. Since 2022, we shifted from combustion engines to hybrid models, from 2024 on we purchased exclusively electric vehicles. This transition significantly reduces our CO₂ emissions, contributing to a cleaner and quieter environment.

Our offices, located at Kamp C, embody sustainable innovation. The newest building on the site is the most circular in the Benelux region, utilizing an advanced building management system to achieve exceptionally low energy consumption. By sharing this space with like-minded professionals, we foster daily collaboration and inspiration to innovate for a sustainable future.

As a member of the board of directors of the Bosgroep, we actively contribute to the sustainable management of Flemish forests. This organization ensures that forests are maintained responsibly, allowing future generations to enjoy their beauty and benefits.

Resilience and Agility

By strengthening succession planning and increasing retention, we contribute to sustainable workforce development that benefits both organizations and their people.

While ESG reporting is not yet mandatory for a company of our size, we have already begun the process to ensure full transparency and accountability in our operations. By taking this proactive approach, we demonstrate our commitment to exceeding expectations and setting a benchmark for ethical business practices.
